What is Counselling?

The term ‘counselling’ is used interchangeably with ‘psychotherapy’, but a broader distinction can be made. Counselling can be best described as a process which occurs from within, allowing a client to explore a ‘problem situation’.

I believe that it is important that my clients are heard and understood. I recognise the depth of courage it has taken the client to begin this journey of self-awareness.
